Communicating freely before nikaah
Q: I have found a pious partner الحمد لله, Shukr for the duah Mufti it has proven effective. This lady with whom I am happy to be married. I have already proposed and she has said yes... الله أكبر Now, What am I to do Mufti? I surely have to spend some time with her to get to know her ... (going out with her and maybe having lunch with her?) I have noted this as she has grown fond of me during the little time I have spent with her. A: Immediately get into nikaah. The nikaah will open the roads to communication and acquaintance. To communicate and acquaint yourselves freely before nikaah is haraam and forbidden.
